The Finance Department provides financial information and service to Navajo County government so they can effectively manage their resources. Review and management of the County’s financials provides Administration with the tool for fiscally sound management. The Finance Department has three main divisions, Budgeting, Purchasing, and Financial Operations.
Budgeting is responsible for the planning, oversight, and reporting of all the expected expenditures of Navajo County.
Purchasing insures that all purchases are done in the best interest of the County and comply with state guidelines.
Financial Operations include account payable, payroll and financial reporting.
