B.J. Little is a native of Northeast Arizona and has lived in Winslow, Arizona since July, 1993. B.J. was employed by the Navajo County Probation Department for 15 years, followed by 6 years as a Court Transition Specialist for the Community Counseling Center. B.J. also spent 21 years as Assistant and Head Coach for Winslow High School. His cultural background and focus on community collaboration has led him to a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles. In 1993, Mr. Little received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology at Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri. In November, 2014, B.J. was honored to be elected as Navajo County Justice of the Peace, Precinct Two. 

Judge Little currently serves as Presiding Justice of the Peace for Navajo County.

 The Winslow Justice Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, civil traffic, felony initial appearances and preliminary hearings, orders of protection/harassment, evictions, and civil matters of $10,000 or less. The Precinct Two Justice Court serves the City of Winslow, the Hopi Reservation, and communities of the Navajo Nation including Dilkon, Keams Canyon, Indian Wells, Birdsprings, Greasewood, Jeddito, and Whitecone.
