Family Planning services include human reproduction education, counseling for family development, PAP screening exams, well woman examinations, birth control counseling/disbursements, sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment and pregnancy testing. County residents, male or female, are eligible to receive services. Call any district office for an appointment. Some qualifications required.
Clinics in Holbrook and Show Low only--once a month clinics with Debra Smalley, RNP, CNM by appointment arranged through area public health nurses only.
Pregnancy Testing is done confidentially. Please call for an appointment and instructions as to collection, time frame, etc….
Proof of pregnancy for WIC and for AHCCCS will be issued with positive test results.

The information received in the Family Planning Clinic is confidential. Treatment of minors 14 and older does not require parental consent. However, we do encourage minors to talk with their parents about birth control.
