What We Can Offer the Community
One objective of PHEP is to develop plans and train with local partners for the distribution of vaccines, antibiotics, chemical/nerve agent antidotes, and symptomatic treatment packages to local and regional areas of the county (including sovereign Native American Nations within the county).
- White Powder Training – Since the 2001 Anthrax incident, similar situations have arisen all over the country.
- Presentations - We can provide presentations on current
health concerns and other preparedness related topics.
- Point of Dispensing - We work with local and tribal partners to train on emergency medication dispensing.
