The 2023 tax statements/mortgage cards were mailed out on September 14th, 2023. eNotices also went out on the same day for those that were signed up for that service. For tax bills over $100.00 the first half of 2023 property taxes are due no later than November 1, 2023, by 5:00pm. The second half of the 2023 property taxes are due no later than May 1st, 2024, by 5:00pm. If paying the 2023 property taxes under $100.00 or paying both installments by January 3rd, 2024, interest will not be assessed on the first half. Property tax deadlines are set by Arizona Revised Statute 42-18052. Failure to receive a tax statement is not a legal reason for waiving interest. The Treasurer must assess interest on all delinquent balances at the annual rate of 16%, prorated monthly on the first day of each month. For additional information on how to pay please look at the variety of methods near the bottom of this page.
