Notice is hereby given that the Navajo County Board of Supervisors will consider establishing a proposed jail district, at a public hearing in the Board Chambers, Navajo County Governmental Complex, 100 E. Code Talkers Drive, South Highway 77, in Holbrook, Arizona at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Copies of the Board Resolution calling for the establishment of the District may be obtained by calling the Clerk of the Board at (928) 524-4153.

The public is invited to attend and comment at the public hearing. Written comments from the public for and against the proposal to be published in the publicity pamphlet may be submitted at the time of the meeting to the Clerk of the Board on August 14, 2018. All comments for and against must be received by the Clerk of the Board no later than August 17, 2018 and may be mailed to the Navajo County Board of Supervisors, P.O. Box 668, Holbrook, AZ 86025.
